How do I book a Rental?

The calendars of all rental properties are always up to date, showing actual availability.  Rentals can be booked online at any time. When you book a Rental, you will pay the Reservation Deposit. Your Rental is confirmed once we have received the payment for the Reservation Deposit.

How do I pay for the Rental?

The Reservation Deposit is paid when you book a Rental. The Remaining Balance is paid a the time of check-in.  Please note that we only accept cash payments at check-in, no credit cards.

Is there a rental agreement?

By booking a Rental, directly on www.CafayateHoliday.com or by using the services of Cafayate Holiday, you accept all Terms of the Rental Agreement, made between you, the Tenant and the Owner of the Rental Property. We refer to the Rental Policy for more details

What is included in the Rental prices?

The Rental prices are all-inclusive, except for housekeeping. In addition, there is an additional Cleaning Fee for regular cleaning at the end of your Rental.  Heating, airco, electricity, gas, water, internet and taxes are all included.

How is Housekeeping organized?

Housekeeping is not included in the Rental price. Your Rental Property will be clean upon your arrival and well stocked with bed linen, towels, soap, and paper products. If your Rental is longer than a week, we will work out a convenient schedule with you for (at least) a weekly housekeeping session. More frequent housekeeping can be organized.

Is there a Security Deposit?

Yes, there is a Security Deposit which is reimbursed when you check-out, upon verification of the Rental Property.

What is the cancellation policy?

50% of your Reservation Deposit is reimbursed until 15 days prior to the check-in date, taking into account any financial transactions fees. There is no reimbursement if you cancel less than 15 days prior to the check-in date. You must always communicate your wish to cancel the Rental. A no-show on the arrival date results in 100% of the Rental Amount to be charged to your credit card.

How is check-in organized?

Check-in is from 15.00 pm onwards, until 20.00 pm.  A representative of Cafayate Holiday will receive you at your house. After 20.00 PM, an additional late check-in fee is charged.  Please let us know, at least three days in advance, about your estimated hour of arrival in Cafayate.

How about check-out?

Check-out is before 10.00 AM, unless previously agreed.   A representative of Cafayate Holiday will be there to receive the keys and to reimburse the Security Deposit to you, upon verification of the Rental Property.

Is parking included?

There are ample free parking possibilities at all rental properties.

How many people can stay in the rental properties?

Please make sure to verify the maximum number of people that can stay in your Rental Property. Additional guests are not allowed.

Can I smoke in the Rental Property? Can I bring pets?

Every Rental Property has different requirements. We invite you to check the details of each house.

How long does it take me to get to Cafayate from Salta?

When you come by car from Salta, you need to add at least 2.5 hours to reach Cafayate. The road to Cafayate is particularly scenic and in its own right already a wonderful experience! For other travel details, please check the relevant posting in our blog.

How far is it to the center of Cafayate?

The entrance of La Estancia de Cafayate is located about three kilometers from Cafayate Central Square.

Can you help me with other services, prior to and during my Rental?

We do offer complimentary concierge services, before or during your Rental, helping to make life in Cafayate even more pleasant. We can provide help for instance regarding translations, transportation, grocery shopping and delivery, baby-sitting, car wash and maintenance, wine deliveries, tourism and sports related, other events, etc…
